Leo Chauchard turned in strong performances in the heptathlon and decathlon, respectively, at the Bryan Clay Multi's Friday (Apr. 10).
Winn claimed victory among 14 competitors in the heptathlon, compiling 5,719 points through seven disciplines. Her point total moves her to No. 2 on the NCAA Division II leaderboard for 2026. Winn (Pea Ridge, Calif.) claimed the 2025 NCAA-II National Championships in the heptathlon with a person-best 6,007 points.
Chauchard finished third Friday in the decathlon after totaling 7,282 points. He now ranks No. 2 in D2 this season in the multi events. Chauchard (Lille, France) transferred to Pitt State in January from NCAA Division I University of the Incarnate Word. He placed fourth in the heptathlon as the 2026 NCAA-II Indoor National Championships in March.

Payton Phillips (5,251 pts), sophomore
Maggie Salsbury (5,006 pts) and sophomore
Lily Brown (4,960 pts) posted the sixth, seventh and eighth-best marks in school history in the heptathlon. Phillips (Clyde, Texas) is now ranked No. 5 in D2 this season, while Salsbury (Maize, Kan.) and Brown (Pittsburg, Kan.) also registered NCAA qualifying totals.
Redshirt junior
Drew Wilhite (Humboldt, Kan.) also compiled a personal-best 7,001 points in the decathlon. He exited the meet ranked No. 6 in Division II this season in the multi events.
