Pittsburg State University Athletics

General: Fifth-year player… a returning All-MIAA punter for the Gorillas… expected to handle those duties again this fall… also has handled Pitt State’s kickoff duties the past three seasons (2017-19).

In 2019: Saw action in all 11 games… punted 28 times for a 41.8 yard average with 12 kicks placed inside the opponent 20 yard line… had six kicks of 50 or more yards including a season best 64-yard punt… ranked second in the MIAA in punting - did not have enough punts to qualify for an NCAA national ranking… also averaged 55.2 yards on 79 kickoffs with 18 touchbacks… earned third-team All-MIAA honors.

In 2017-18: Saw action in all 11 games in 2018… averaged 57.5 yards on 47 kickoffs with 11 touchbacks… competed in all 12 games in 2017… averaged 56.8 yards on 69 kickoffs with 14 touchbacks… redshirted in his initial season in the program (2016).

In 2016: Redshirt season.

In High School: A two-time first-team Missouri Class 2A All-State selection as a placekicker at Lamar High School (2014-15)… converted 99 of 103 PATs, booted a career long 49-yard field goal, averaged 39 yards per punt… helped the Tigers to four straight Class 2A state titles.

Personal: Born April 13, 1998… son of Mark and Julie Morrow… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar Athlete… earned second-team Google Cloud Academic All-America® honors in 2019… has a 3.57 GPA as a construction management major.
