Biography

General: Fourth-year player… a hard working offensive lineman who has evolved into a frontline player for the Gorillas… expected to battle for the starting role at center for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2016-18: Saw action in five games in a reserve role in 2018… did not see any action on the field in 2017 after redshirting in his initial season in the program (2016).

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 4A All-State selection as an offensive lineman and defensive lineman as a senior at Louisburg High School in 2015… a 2016 Kansas Shrine Bowl selection.

Personal: Born February 27, 1997… son of Rob and Alicia Vance… a political science major.
