Biography

General: Fourth-year player… a talented wide receiver who has matured into a frontline performer for the Gorillas… figures to be an impact player the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2017-18: Saw action in all 11 games, including two starts, in 2018… caught four passes for 28 yards (7.0 ypc) on the season… saw action in all 12 games, including six starts, in 2017… caught 15 passes for 146 yards (9.7 ypc) and one touchdown… caught five passes for 50 yards and a touchdown vs. ATU (Dec. 2)… tossed a 36-yard TD pass vs. ESU (Oct. 21).

In 2016: Redshirt season.

In High School: An Oklahoma Class 6A All-District selection at wide receiver as a senior at Broken Arrow High School in 2015… caught 41 passes for 445 yards and five touchdowns while helping the Tigers to the Class 5A state runner-up finish.

Personal: April 1, 1998 … son of Wendell and Arquicia Franklin… a general studies major.
