Biography

General: First-year player… transferred to Pitt State in August from FCS member Abilene Christian University… a promising tight end prospect who will redshirt in his first season with the Gorillas.

At ACU: Spent two seasons at Abilene Christian… saw action in four games, including one start at left guard, for the Wildcats as a redshirt freshman in 2015.

In High School: A first-team All-District performer as an offensive lineman as a senior at Cedar Park High School in 2013… helped the Timberwolves to a 27-4 combined record his final two prep seasons, the 2012 Texas Class 4A state championship and back-to-back district titles (2012-13).

Personal: Born March 28, 1996… son of Peter and Kari Baughman… a management major.
