Biography

General: Fourth-year player… a hard working defensive lineman who has matured into a frontline performer… expected to battle for significant playing time for the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2019-21: Saw action in seven games, including four starts, in 2021… made three tackles (one solo) on the season… saw action in two games in 2020, after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program (2019).

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 5A All-State performer as a senior at Mill Valley High School in 2018… made 61 tackles (29 solo) with 18.0 tackles-for-loss and 7.5 quarterback sacks as a senior for the Jaguars… posted 78 tackles (43 solo) with 13.5 tackles-for-loss and 6.5 quarterback sacks in 2017… helped the Jaguars to the Class 5A state championship as a sophomore in 2016.

Personal: Born May 27, 2001… Born January 21, 2001… son of Linda Roth… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.67 GPA as a criminal justice major.
