Biography

General: Sixth-year player… a hard working defensive end… will look to battle for playing time for the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2018-21: Saw action in two games in 2021… made two assisted tackles on the season… saw action in one game in 2020… competed in two games in a reserve role in 2019… did not see any action in 2018.

In 2017: Redshirt season.

In High School: An honorable mention Kansas Class 5A All-State performer as a defensive lineman as a senior at Pittsburg High School in 2016… made 41 tackles, 3.5 quarterback sacks, two forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in 2016.

Personal: Born December 22, 1998… son of Jeff and Patricia Woods… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.48 GPA as a workforce development major.
